THREE former Murray Shire councillors and three newcomers have won the Moama and Greater Murray ward election for the new Murray River Council.
For Moama, Nicole Cohen, Chris Bilkey and Gen Campbell have won the race, while in Greater Murray Geoff Wise, Tom Weyrich and Tony Aquino have been successful.
In Greater Wakool, Neil Gorey, Alan Mathers and Ann Crowe managed to come out on top.
